Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

• Work closely with teams, product owners, BA and other stakeholders to ensure we deliver a high quality/high resilience software product.
• Collaborate with project team and product owners to contribute to product and project strategy, code standards, roadmap definition, and requirements gathering.
• Provide on-going support and maintenance for system enhancement to support strategic business growth and operation efficiency initiative in business areas.
• Design, develop, and optimize Java-based applications for scalability and performance.
• Architect and maintain Java-based applications with focus on reliability, security and its CI/CD.
• Uplift project team's agile maturity.
• Help in handling internal governance procedures.
• Team management.

Qualifications

• Core Java Expertise: Rich experiences in Java development for concurrency, Spring Boot, and rich experiences in developing extra high resilience systems.
• Application experience: API & microservices design/development; multithreaded programming; JavaScript; HTTP request handling.
• Database: Strong skills in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and Google Cloud BigQuery.
• DevSecOps: Solid experiences with Docker and Jenkins pipeline, and cyber security experiences.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complicated index calculating systems, optimize bottlenecks, provide system remediation solutions in a very short time.
• Agile & Collaboration: Proficiency in Scrum/Kanban and remote teamwork.
• Strong leadership and strong communication skills on working with project team for application development, including collection & analysis of user requirements, systems design, development, testing and implementation.
