[Hiring] Cloud Migration Engineer (AWS to Azure) @Spectrum One

Role Description

Spectrum One is scaling its engineering team and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in AI and LLM systems to lead the development of our intelligent document processing pipeline. This is a high-impact, technical role where your work will directly shape the core product. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand document processing challenges and translate them into robust, scalable AI solutions. Qualifications

• Technical Expert: You bring expert-level GenAI / LLM workflow development for end-to-end pipeline design in production. You have robust experience with OCR, handling multi-page PDF processing, and extracting unstructured data.
• Self-Directed Professional: You take ownership of your work and can scope, prioritize, and execute with minimal hand-holding.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity: You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments and love solving problems at the intersection of AI and real-world data.

• Bonus Points: Experience with computer vision for technical drawings, vector databases, or RAG workflows, multi-modal models, or prior exposure to engineering and architectural document types.

Requirements

• Proven experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects (AWS → Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Compute, storage, networking, and database services in both environments.
  • Identity and access management (IAM, RBAC, Azure AD/Entra ID).
  • CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, ARM, Bicep, Terraform is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
