Role Description

• Total IT experience of 5-12 years.
• 3+ years experience building and supporting large-scale, business-critical systems on Public Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform).
• Azure, AWS, and/or GCP certifications preferred.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy Cloud applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing.
• Experience hosting an application on Cloud using:
  • Compute Engine
  • App Engine
  • Cloud SQL
  • Kubernetes Engine
  • Cloud Storage
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for CLOUD (AWS/GCP/Azure) solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Prior experience working with:
  • Container technology such as Docker
  • Version control systems (Github)
  • Build management and CI/CD tools (Concourse, Jenkins)
  • Monitoring tools (App Dynamics, etc.)
• Good understanding of cloud design considerations and limitations and their impact on pricing.
• Networking principles and protocols such as:
  • IP subnetting
  • Routing
  • Firewall rules
  • Virtual Private Cloud
  • Load Balancer
  • Cloud DNS
  • Cloud CDN
• Proficient in a modern scripting language (preferably Python) for automation of build tasks.
• Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
• Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

Qualifications

• Good to have knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC.
• Unix/Linux power user.
• US Healthcare Experience.
