Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on computer vision architect and builder to join as CTO and Co-Founder and personally build the StealthCo platform from the ground up alongside the founding CEO. This is a builder role, not a research role. First-year output is a working pilot and a viable product — not papers, not a hiring plan, not a research agenda.

• Computer vision: Build detection and activity recognition that works on commercially available cameras in real clinical environments.
• Data as the asset: Start from off-the-shelf models to move fast, then build a proprietary dataset that gets better over time.
• Annotation: Stand up the labeling operation and the quality bar behind it.
• Deployment: Help architect the right distribution of technology, from cloud to on-premise.
• Architecture: Own the technical design and set the boundaries between components.
• Lean resource management: Build using an intelligent mix of hands-on work, AI agents, and targeted contractors.
• Future technical hiring: Help recruit and evaluate future engineering headcount growth.
• Customer and investor presence: Engage with clinical and IT teams, Seed investor pitches, and health system customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer vision experience — personally written model code.
• Fixed-camera video work in messy, real-world conditions.
• A shipped product in production, not only a model.
• Edge or on-premise inference deployment experience.
• Model adaptation and fine-tuning over from-scratch training.
• Startup or early-stage operating experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience with demonstrated people management responsibility.

Requirements

• Prior work on body-worn camera platforms, workplace safety video AI, retail computer vision, or surgical video AI.
• Experience at companies deploying computer vision at operational scale.
• Chain of custody, data retention, or privacy review experience.
• Healthcare or clinical technology exposure is an advantage.
• Prior founding exit — acquisition or meaningful venture-backed outcome.
