• Design and optimize SAP HANA native models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript, for backend processing and aggregations.
• Build and sustain efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from SAP and non-SAP sources, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable data flows and data architectures for analytics and operational reporting.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows, safeguard data quality, and resolve data discrepancies through monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Support business processes with custom analytics, KPI tracking, and actionable insights powered by SAP HANA backend solutions.
• Optimize processing performance for large datasets and complex workflows by leveraging SAP HANA in-memory database capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineers, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile (SAFe) ceremonies, including sprints, planning, and retrospectives, while delivering incremental value to stakeholders.
• Document technical best practices, processes, and shared knowledge for key SAP HANA solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP HANA development or equivalent roles across the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP HANA native modeling, including hands-on work with Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines within SAP environments like HANA.
• Solid familiarity integrating SAP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other legacy systems into data workflows.
• Proven track record in data performance optimization, database tuning, and scaling solutions for large datasets.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level.

Requirements

• Domain experience in manufacturing or engineering, including areas like quality assurance or supply chain analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or similar modern SAP integration tools.
