Role Description

Analyze customers' business/technical requirements and software/product objectives; develops an application design to meet customers' needs.

• Codes and tests complex customer-specific solutions.
• Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete activities; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
• Sees that appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan.
• Helps in establishing criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs.
• Provides supervision of 2 - 5 people.
• Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan.
• Monitors and adjusts project variables as necessary throughout project.
• Resolves issues timely and accurately and escalates as appropriate.
• Assists with re-forecasting.
• Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques.
• Prepares weekly status reports on all project activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge around Capitation Module.
• HealthCare Products – QNXT and AWS.
• Excellent knowledge in .Net technologies.
• Programming Skills: Micro Services, Net, C#, SSIS, SSRS, SQL server, API.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Vision and PPT.
• Exposure to cloud technologies – Azure.
• EDI knowledge – X12s – 834, 837 etc.
