Qualifications

• Advanced English Language Skills.
• At least 5 years as a Backend Engineer (1+ years in Python).
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, combining both people management and technical leadership responsibilities.
• High Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Linux (basics).
• Enjoy working closely with customers.
• Experience of using AI in the workplace.

Requirements

• API knowledge (SQL, REST, SOAP).
• Experience with technology such as Celery, Redis, Docker, MongoDB, and Cloud environments.
• Experience with other operating systems.
• Experience working with global teams and customers worldwide.
