Role Description

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Application Developer to join our team! The Application Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance, administration, and governance of business applications and automation solutions. The role architects solutions, resolves issues, and guides development practices to support scalable, high-performing applications.

On a typical day, you might:

• Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Administer and support Power Platform environments, including Power Apps.
• Design and deliver hands-on application solutions, including automation workflows and data architecture.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of broader platform capabilities.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's degree and six (6) years of experience developing and customizing business solutions; designing and implementing data models, relational structures, and business logic; administering and configuring enterprise application environments; supporting scalable solution design; participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle; or ensuring governance, security, and compliance across enterprise deployments. Requires certification; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An applicable information technology certification is required when qualifying through an Associate's degree pathway.
• Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications will be accepted.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent certifications.
