Role Description

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is seeking an Appian Developer. This is a full-time remote position.

• Work with key Federal and Commercial client stakeholders to re-engineer business processes and translate those requirements to BPM code.
• Collaborate closely with Agency Business Owner, Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management.
• Actively participate and provide inputs in major design decisions.
• Design and develop Appian applications and provide customer demos.
• Incorporate the functional requirements into the Appian business flows using Process Models, Rules, CDTs, and Web Service Integration.
• Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies.
• Contribute to the BPM and Case Management practice at A&S by sharing best practices.
• Support user testing business transition activities.
• Follow Federal standards for Digital Services and US Web Design Standards.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five (5) plus years of hands-on full stack experience developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies, preferably in federal space.
• Senior Appian Developer (L2) Certification.
• Combination of Appian Developer, Appian Administrator, and/or equivalent experience.
• Agile/SAFe and other related developer certifications and/or equivalent experience.
• AWS experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Appian.
