Role Description
Candidate will work as part of the broader regulatory compliance technology team that provides various enterprise wide compliance solutions such as AML & Sanctions Screening, KYC, Contract Management Workflow and AML-Transaction Monitoring. The person will improve the global client lifecycle with specific focus on enhancing the customer experience, optimizing end-to-end processes, improving controls, and increasing transparency. As a member of the implementation team, the candidate will introduce a streamlined client onboarding process that leverages ongoing Enterprise Data Governance and Management (EDGM) initiatives and creates rules-driven workflow with enhanced process controls to improve the client experience and to further State Street’s culture of operational risk excellence. The person will implement Unified Data Architecture, Big Data analytics, Data model design and Database development.
