[Hiring] AI-Native Software Engineer @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is looking for a full-stack, AI-native software engineer to build capabilities that help secure enterprise products and AI-built, agent-operated systems of tomorrow. You will collaborate with leadership and engineers to architect scalable API platforms, modernize legacy applications, and prototype how security keeps pace as AI reshapes software development.

• Architect and develop always-on, enterprise-scale API platforms using RESTful and event-driven patterns
• Modernize legacy and monolithic applications using cloud-native approaches
• Use agile methodologies to develop, test, deploy, and support industry-leading services
• Leverage AI-assisted and spec-driven development as a core engineering practice
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for bugs, security gaps, and scalability issues
• Balance multiple priorities and participate in cross-organizational decision-making
• Prototype security solutions that scale with AI-driven software development patterns

Qualifications

• Server-side: Python, Java, NodeJS or similar
• Client-side: React, Backbone, native JavaScript or comparable
• Large-scale, fault-tolerant systems: Elasticsearch, CockroachDB, Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka
• Cloud-native development and deployment experience
• Deep expertise in API and service design - RESTful and event-driven
• AI-assisted development tools used as a default, not an occasional convenience
• Proven experience supporting enterprise web applications with 10K+ customers

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CCSP, or similar security certification
• Experience with agentic coding tools and spec-driven development workflows
• Background in security engineering or secure system design
