[Hiring] AI DevOps @Poland and Eastern Europe

Role Description

You will be:

• Designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native AI platforms and infrastructure.
• Developing, deploying, and optimising AI agent solutions using modern agentic frameworks, MCP, and AI runtime technologies.
• Enabling engineering teams through AI-assisted development, automation, and developer productivity tools.
• Collaborating with software engineers, AI specialists, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or workflow automation platforms like n8n.
• Practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agent-based workflows.
• Experience with agentic runtimes, including xAgentic Runtime or similar frameworks.
• Working knowledge of FastMCP, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and modern AI Agent Architectures.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development practices to improve software delivery, automation, and developer productivity.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level).
