Role Description

As 3D Graphics Developer, you'll push the boundaries of our real-time rendering engine. This isn't cosmetic work - you're expanding what the platform can do visually and technically, building the shaders and pipelines that make spatial intelligence feel real to the end user.

• Develop and optimize real-time 3D rendering features using Three.js or equivalent frameworks
• Create advanced shaders for visual effects, lighting, and post-processing
• Build robust pipelines for importing and converting 3D assets from tools like Blender
• Diagnose and resolve rendering and performance bottlenecks across platforms
• Implement user-driven visualization tools that advance the core product experience

Qualifications

• Strong command of computer graphics fundamentals including linear algebra and 3D mathematics
• Proficiency with Three.js, Unity, Unreal Engine, or comparable 3D engines
• GLSL expertise for custom shader development and effects
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya) and formats including glTF/GLB
• Proven experience optimizing 3D pipelines for performance and scalability

Requirements

• Background in virtual staging or architectural visualization (Bonus)
• Experience with PBR pipelines and lighting models (Bonus)
