Role Description

As an AI Data Trainer, you will be working closely with a team of other trainers, within protocols developed by the world’s leading AI researchers—training the AI to read, write, summarize knowledge, and interpret meaning. Your job is to train, evaluate, and test the AI’s conversation skills, continuously equipping it to fulfill that purpose.

  • Train the AI by generating examples of ideal conversations, acting as both the User and the AI.
  • Collect sources to help the AI read large swaths of humanity’s documented knowledge and distinguish between fact, context, and patterns of behavior.
  • Evaluate the AI according to safety, accuracy, and beneficial criteria.
  • Discern the accuracy of the facts that the AI outputs and the accuracy of their interpretation.
  • Test the AI by actively trying to “break” it and improve the way these AI models recover.
  • Document breaks and recommend improvements to the training methods.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional at generating copy intuitively.
  • Deep interest in linguistics.
  • Instinctively document learnings and continuously refine methods.
  • Fluent in Thai (C1 - C2).
  • Minimum: Conversational - Advanced English (B1 - C1).

Requirements

  • This is an entry-level role perfect for voracious readers early in their careers or for career switchers keen to enter the technology field.
  • Pay begins between $8/hour to top applicants anywhere in the world.
  • Schedule requires a commitment of 20/40 hours weekly.
  • Must be fluent in Thai; AI training will be done in Thai.
  • Conversational English is important for internal meetings.
