Role Description

Nous recherchons un Tech Lead Python / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez en charge des développements et de l’optimisation de notre plateforme Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE). Votre rôle sera clé dans la mise en place et l’amélioration des Custom Activities et l’automatisation des processus marketing.

Assurer l’ensemble des développements liés aux Custom Activities (Front, Back, RestAPI, etc.) sur Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Paramétrer techniquement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Data Extensions, Automations, Journey Builder, etc.).
Apporter le support nécessaire (optimisation, débogage, faisabilité, gestion des réclamations, etc.) aux équipes métier dans leur utilisation quotidienne de la plateforme.
Documenter l’ensemble des développements mis en place.
Automatiser les tests (non-régression, validation des fonctionnalités, etc.).

Qualifications

Développeur expérimenté avec une forte appétence technique pour Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Expérience avérée dans la conception de Custom Activities sur Salesforce MCE.
Expertise en Python, NodeJS (ExpressJS), VueJS, SQL et Python.
Maîtrise des outils de versioning (Git) et de conteneurisation (Docker).
Connaissance approfondie de Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Idéalement, des compétences sur GCP et Kubernetes.
Expérience dans un projet TMA et/ou migration sur Salesforce MCE.
