[仕事内容]
- 顧客要求仕様の確認と社内開発・製造拠点(海外)との調整
- 顧客要求仕様の文書化
出張頻度：
- 国内：1～2日/週
- 海外：1～2回/年（ドイツ、北米等）
Your contribution to something big
In future, vehicles will be defined by an intelligent combination of electronics and software, and they will be connected with the driver, their surroundings, and with one another. Bosch is embracing this development and is driving it forward by making use of the paradigm shift in the electric/electronic architecture – away from a domain-specific E/E architecture and toward a vehicle-centralized, zone-oriented E/E architecture. This type of architecture uses only a few immensely powerful cross-domain vehicle computers in combination with zone ECUs. At our group, together with our JOEM customers we are developing one of these cross-domain vehicle computers. To realize more secure and functionalized vehicle society, our business growth needs motivated engineers!
Your tasks will be:
- Product Engineering, Requirement Engineering
- Customer and Product Area contact
Business trip：
- Domestic：1-2 days/week
- Overseas：1-2 times/year (Germany, North America etc.)
Qualifications

- 電気工学、コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または同等の研究分野における大学での学位
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル、 モチベーションが高くチームプレーヤーであること。グローバルな組織で働くための対人スキル
- 優れた問題解決と分析能力
- 実務レベルの英語，日本語能力

- E/Eアーキテクチャや車載コミュニケーションに関する知識があれば更に歓迎
- 英語力 社内海外関連部門とのコミュニケーションに支障ないレベル
- コミュニケーション能力：理解力、説得力
- リーダーシップ能力

What distinguishes you
- Completed university studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, information technology or comparable field of study
- Strong communication skill, team player with high degree of intrinsic motivation. strong interpersonal skills to work in a global organization
- Good Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Working level of language skill in English and Japanese
The following is a plus:
- knowledge of E/E architecture and in-vehicle communication
