Role Description
We're looking for a senior addition to our (small and stellar) frontend engineering team to help us build engaging web applications. You will be responsible for building and architecting our entire frontend infrastructure from scratch.
- Design and develop great, user-friendly web applications using React and other modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate design mock-ups and user requirements into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in frontend development, and constantly drive the entire frontend function forward.
- Ideally contribute as a full stack engineer by using (or learning) backend technologies to develop end-to-end applications.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Front End Technologies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Proven experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Mobx.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with automated testing is a plus (required for senior candidates).
- Experience with backend technologies like Python/NodeJS is a plus.
- Experience with building component libraries is a plus.
Requirements
