Role Description
This role involves joining the Corporate Applications CRM Team as a Sr. CRM Developer. To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Look across teams for standardization
- Design solutions for efficiency and scale
- Enjoy solving problems
- Clearly articulate business technical requirements verbally and in writing
We are looking for someone with a curious mind, great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task while managing numerous simultaneous projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience building solutions for Sugar Enterprise using PHP and SQL developer
- At least 3 years of experience in Object Oriented programming in PHP
- Experience with PHPStorm, GIT, BitBucket, Linux, Apache, MySQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build and deploy processes
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Sugar CRM application architecture
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and independent time management skills
- Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping)
- Strong documentation and communication skills for multi-stakeholder alignment
- Ability to synthesize business pain points and people/process/technology issues
- Proficient in Google Slides and Sheets, JIRA, and Confluence
- Ability to shoulder additional workload and exceed original plans
- Demonstrates use of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues
- Flexible, able to multi-task, context switch, and manage prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate clearly to a wide audience
- Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
- Ability to become a trusted advisor to the Sugar CRM Team
Requirements
- Responsible for identifying internal and external solutions to business requirements
- Designing and setting up complex integrations into existing SugarCRM architecture and workflows
- Design solutions that scale with business growth
- Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Sugar Enterprise features
- Act as a strategic technical leader to provide architectural guidance
- Build and maintain solutions in the CRM leveraging various platforms
- Support cross systems integrations across the CRM ecosystem
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements
- Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Sugar Enterprise
- Manage SugarCRM support requests and escalated user needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Synthesize analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Partner with project stakeholders for Go-Live and post-go live support
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning
Schedule Expectations
- Mon | 6:30PM-11:30PM IST (India)
- Tue | 9:00AM-2:00PM EST (USA)
- Wed | 8:00AM-1:00PM CST (USA)
- Thr | 7:00AM-12:00PM MST (USA)
- Fri | 6:00AM-11:00AM PST (USA)
- Balance of 3 hours each day can be worked before or after core hours at your discretion
Key Considerations
- This is a remote independent contractor position
- The company pays you the full agreed-upon amount
- You are responsible for paying your own taxes
- You are responsible for obtaining your own benefits
- Provision for India Gazetted Holidays and 24 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- This is a 12-month contract to be re-evaluated at the end of the term
- This role is based on an Independent Contractor agreement
Compensation Range
$40,000-60,000 (USD)
