Role Description

This role involves working closely with the project management team to design and implement technical solutions for multiple projects.

Identify and provide timely workarounds and solutions for incoming technical issues in project execution
Articulate features and differentiate solutions offerings to audiences ranging from project managers to end clients
Create analytics dashboards for customers and fulfillment team (PM & supply team) by writing SQL queries
Document technology solutions in precise detail for reproducibility
Mentor juniors and review their work
Interact with clients to understand and assist in the data-integration process if needed
Drive operational efficiency by writing scripts and APIs (Python, JS) to automate day-to-day work
Work closely with the Software Engineering team to develop efficient and optimal solutions for complex use cases

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Computer Science is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
2-5 years of professional programming and database experience (relational and non-relational)
Good understanding of data structures, system design, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Expertise in one of the programming languages: Python, JavaScript, or Java
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and building analytics dashboards
Experience in creating and working with REST APIs and knowledge about distributed systems and microservices
Good communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights
Understanding of programming logic and software
Systematic problem-solving skills coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive

Requirements
