Role Description
This role involves contributing to the development of our conversational AI platform and engaging with customers to gather feedback.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers and gather real-time feedback
- Contribute across the stack with a focus on building and iterating on our conversational AI platform
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads to ship and improve features
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code
- Take on end-to-end responsibility for small projects with opportunities to grow into broader technical leadership
Qualifications
- Any years of engineering experience (internships or side projects welcome)
- Strong foundation in Python for backend development (Django experience is a plus)
- Frontend experience with React and/or Next.js
- A self-starter with a strong bias toward action. You like moving fast and figuring things out
- Willingness to dive deep and work flexible hours when needed
Requirements
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools
- Prior experience at a startup or having built your own side projects
- Interest in generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning applications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
