Role Description
As a Mid-Level Software Engineer at Displayr, you'll hit the ground running—shipping code, improving systems, and collaborating with a talented team from day one. Within your first few weeks, you'll dive into our codebase, push meaningful changes to production, and contribute to technical discussions.
- Take ownership of features and drive technical improvements
- Help shape engineering best practices
- Work across the stack and solve complex problems
- Build scalable, maintainable software that impacts thousands of users
Qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, building and maintaining modern, customer-facing applications
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience in C#/.NET (or Java) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with large-scale, complex software platforms with diverse tech stacks
- Strategic approach to system design, balancing performance, cost, and simplicity
- Engage with the business impact of your work and collaborate with stakeholders
- Analytical and decisive, using data-driven insights to navigate complexity
- Write clean, testable, production-ready code
- Clear, concise communicator who values collaboration
- Naturally curious and open to experimenting with new ideas
Requirements
- C#/.NET
- TypeScript/JavaScript
- SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, or similar relational databases
- Any of the cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (Azure strongly preferred)
- Bonus: Python, R, Rust, Node.js exposure
