Role Description
We are expanding and looking for a Senior Tech Lead (Full-Stack, Node.js + React.js). You will play a key role in one of our B2C SaaS product teams, working on post-MVP growth stages as well as developing new products.
- Lead a cross-functional team (3 to 8 engineers).
- Hands-on development of complex features (around 80% of your time).
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards and architecture.
- Implement and improve engineering practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Technical Delivery Manager, and UX/UI teams.
- Participate in sprint planning and estimation (Scrum).
Qualifications
- Node.js (minimum 5 years of experience).
- React.js / Next.js (minimum 3 years of experience).
- NestJS.
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- TypeScript (full ecosystem).
- Proven experience in designing scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence and time-tracking practices.
Requirements
- SaaS B2C product experience (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in multi-product environments (nice-to-have).
- Performance optimization (both backend and frontend) (nice-to-have).
- Cross-functional team experience (nice-to-have).
- Experience launching products in new markets (localization, multi-language support) (nice-to-have).
- Tech Leads with a strong backend background (ideally grown from backend or full-stack developers).
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead in product companies or startups (outsourcing/outstaffing experience is not a fit).
- Preferably candidates with B2C SaaS experience.
- Hands-on professionals ready to code 80% of their time.
- Experienced in managing distributed teams.
- High level of responsibility and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Recruitment Process
- Pre-screening call with an external recruiter (30 minutes): introduction, motivation, expectations, and initial qualification.
- Initial screening with the recruiter (Soft/Hard skills, motivation, readiness for conditions).
- Online coding test — 65 minutes.
- Technical interview with a Tech Delivery Manager or Head of Digital Products.
- Final interview with the HRD (Carolina Leon) to discuss the offer.

- We work with professionals in Europe and the Middle East (GMT+0 to GMT+4).
- We consider candidates from Europe regions with stable B2B collaboration possibilities.
- We currently focus on candidates located in time zones between GMT+0 and GMT+4.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (all communication is in English).
