Role Description
This role involves developing and optimizing backend services and APIs for an AI-driven platform.
- Architect and optimize backend services & APIs for an AI-driven platform
- Develop AI-powered workflows with intelligent agent orchestration
- Scale multi-tenant cloud infrastructure for high-performance analytics
- Drive security & compliance in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
Key Responsibilities

Backend & API Development
- Build & optimize APIs using Node.js/Next.js with scalable microservices.
- Develop RESTful APIs ensuring security, rate-limiting, and fault tolerance.

AI & Agent Orchestration
- Integrate AI models, RAG pipelines, and LangChain-based multi-agent frameworks.
- Design intelligent agent workflows to automate analytics processes.

Multi-Tenant System Design
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure data isolation.
- Optimize performance & scalability in a multi-tenant architecture.

Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability
- Design and maintain AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake infrastructure.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, autoscaling, and Kubernetes/Docker-based orchestration.

Security & Compliance
- Apply best practices (OAuth, JWT, GDPR/CCPA compliance).
- Protect data privacy & security in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, Postgres, Redis)
- Strong expertise in API development, microservices, and API security
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML pipelines & agent-based workflows
- Proven track record in multi-tenant SaaS platforms & cloud scalability
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform & cloud platforms
Requirements
- Experience with RAG pipelines & LangChain agent orchestration (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs & multi-agent architectures (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to data engineering workflows & ETL pipelines (Nice-to-Have)
