Role Description
We’re currently looking for an expert-level Salesforce developer to join the team of one of our international clients, who is a global leader in delivering customized Salesforce-based solutions for the mortgage industry. This company helps mid to large enterprises transform their operations through innovative cloud-based platforms and strategic consulting.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, and Apex
You’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performing solutions that generate real business value.
Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:
- Design, develop, and deploy Lightning components (LWC and Aura) that adhere to Salesforce best practices and design patterns
- Create advanced automation solutions using Flow Builder and other declarative tools
- Write efficient, maintainable Apex code for complex business requirements that cannot be met through declarative development
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and other developers to design and implement comprehensive solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement new features where appropriate
Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder and automation tools
- Strong Apex programming skills with experience optimizing code for performance and bulkification
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, and external systems
- Excellent communication skills
