Role Description
We seek a sharp, solutions-driven developer to help us optimize and enhance our applications. This role is for you if you're passionate about clean code, performance, and problem-solving—and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Code Analysis & Review
- Dive into code to spot bugs, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Assess readability, maintainability, and performance to keep things clean and scalable

Debugging & Troubleshooting
- Squash bugs and resolve issues with precision
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand problem areas and craft effective solutions

Code Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline and scale code performance
- Document your insights and implementation steps with clarity
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support long-term improvements

Coding & Implementation
- Push updates to the testing environment and validate intended functionality
- Modify and enhance code based on OSCNP specifications and project needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related tech field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining C# applications within the .NET framework
- Proficiency in MySQL—writing, optimizing queries, and integrating databases with applications
- Experience with stored procedures and database functions
- Bonus: Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification
