Role Description

- Entwirfst, planst und entwickelst komplexe Features für unsere Flutter-basierte App mit besonderem Fokus auf die iOS-Plattform
- Übernimmst aktiv Ownership für Deinen Code, treibst technische Entscheidungen voran und setzt neue Standards für Qualität und Performance
- Gestaltest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von der Architektur bis zum Deployment
- Entwickelst anspruchsvolle UI-Komponenten unter Berücksichtigung der iOS Human Interface Guidelines und optimierst diese für die Flutter-Umgebung
- Arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern und UX/UI-Designern zusammen und bringst Dich proaktiv in die Produktentwicklung ein
- Bewertest den Aufwand komplexer Features unter Einbeziehung technischer Anforderungen und Business-Impact
- Treibe proaktiv Innovationen und Best Practices im Team voran
Qualifications
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Flutter-Entwicklung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Dart und Swift
- Beherrschung von State-Management in Flutter (insbesondere BLoC) sowie der Konzepte deklarativer UI-Entwicklung
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration von REST APIs sowie der Implementierung plattformspezifischer Features
- Tiefes Verständnis für iOS UI/UX-Guidelines und deren Übertragung in Flutter-Projekte
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Freude daran, Deine Flutter- und iOS-Expertise mit anderen zu teilen und Deine Teamkolleg:innen durch Mentoring, Code Reviews und Workshops voranzubringen
- Proaktive Verantwortung für Deine Projekte und Empathie für die Bedürfnisse der Endnutzer
- Versiert in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Erfahrung mit Open-Source-Technologien im mobilen Umfeld
