Role Description
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the FinCrimes Team, you will work as a hands-on software engineer and technical leader. In this role, you may work on tasks like:
- Make updates to our Sanctions screening system to support new Mercury products or to ensure compliance with new regulatory guidelines.
- Extend our transaction monitoring systems to identify and report on new forms of unusual activity or potential money laundering.
- Work with our AML investigations team to build new features and improvements to our transaction monitoring and investigation case management systems.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience as a software engineer with prior experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Technical leadership or people management experience and excitement to work in a hands-on individual contributor role that includes a significant leadership focus.
- Experience with, or excitement to learn, frontend technologies including: React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Experience with, or excitement to learn, backend technologies including: Haskell, Yesod, Persistent, and Postgresql.

- US employees (any location): $200,700-$250,900 USD
