Role Description
Roar Apex is looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with expertise in the MERN stack and Next.js to help build and scale AI-powered applications. If you have experience working with LLM APIs, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to be part of a fast-growing team, this role is for you.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Design and optimize backend services, microservices, and APIs to support AI functionalities.
- Work closely with product, design, and AI research teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and full-stack development trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real-world applications.
- Strong understanding of Next.js for SSR, SSG, and API development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Experience with AI model fine-tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings for AI applications.
