Role Description
You are a passionate Frontend Developer (m/f/x) working in the latest web-technologies (e.g. React & React Query, automated testing in Playwright, RTL and Jest) to give our web applications a wonderful and coherent user experience. You create new features and continuously improve the performance and user-friendliness of our software.
- Implement a beautiful and accessible user experience in React/Typescript in collaboration with your team to build the best accounting product for tax advisors in Germany.
- Maintain and improve existing features and systems with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Actively engage in mentoring and coaching our developers to improve their engineering skills.
- Share your expertise, foster a collaborative learning environment, and take the opportunity to learn from the experts in accounting, product, design, and engineering.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React (5+ years)
- Solid front-end development skills and an understanding of back-end technologies
- Sound experience in frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Able to collaborate effectively across Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to the learning culture within the company
- Fluent in English and German with residence in Germany
Requirements
- Experience with micro front-ends (nice to have)
- Experience working in a full-stack environment, contributing occasionally to back-end services (Kotlin experience is a plus)
