Role Description

Focuses on designing the front-end architecture and ensuring its scalability, which is crucial for long-term product growth.
Emphasizes driving innovation by developing new features.
Encourages the writing of high-performing, clean, and maintainable code. Code reviews are also a key part of this role.
Involvement in collaboration with business stakeholders and other engineers, which would require strong communication skills.
Troubleshooting and debugging to ensure an optimal user experience is at the core of this role.
Promoting accessibility, performance, and security in the design and development of the products.
Actively improving internal processes and practices to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

3+ years working on scalable, cross-platform web applications, ensuring you’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in React 18+, TypeScript, and key build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.). Proficient in modern CSS techniques and responsive design.
Strong experience with API design, integration, versioning, and backend collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, optimised UIs and refactor existing code to improve structure and design.
Ability to work in a remote setting, collaborate across teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly in English (C1 level).
Ability to navigate the challenges of a remote work environment and proactively collaborate.

Requirements

Having a keen interest or experience in web accessibility will be beneficial, especially for creating inclusive web applications.
Experience in booking/scheduling domains or SaaS products, or having been part of building a product from scratch, will be valuable.
Having experience or interest in contributing to open-source repositories is a nice-to-have that shows a willingness to share knowledge and grow within the community.
