Role Description
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will use your skills and experience to craft beautiful and functional code, deliver high-quality software, mentor your peers, help your team learn and grow, and make an impact in an organization that is always interested in new technologies.
- Maintain solid relationships with the Research, Product Management, Design, and Security & Compliance teams.
- Contribute to both the back-end and front-end as needs arise.
- Embrace growth and learning in a dynamic environment.
- Participate in a culture where ideas are proposed and debated via writing.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years in Agile software development roles, preferably in rapid-growth and highly adaptive environments.
- Experience facilitating system design and software architecture discussions.
- Ability to uphold the highest standards of coding and code reviews.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Contribute to technical strategy and vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for and represent the team's perspective in strategic discussions and decisions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, React, React Native, and Typescript.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
- Experience with AWS (preferred).
- Some knowledge of capital markets (preferred).
