Role Description

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Programmer to support our potential DLA customer. The ideal candidate will analyze, design, develop, and enhance software applications that support key business functions such as finance, logistics, contracts, and personnel management.

Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for core operational areas.
Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts, translating design into robust computer software.
Design, code, test, debug, and refine applications to optimize performance and usability.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including program-level and user-level guidance.
Enhance software for improved efficiency and reduced operational costs.
Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
Develop and modify procedures to address complex computing challenges, considering system capacity, runtime limitations, and desired outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) Required
Minimum 6+ years of relevant application programming experience.
Experience developing APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platforms.
Expertise in agile and hybrid low-code application development methodologies.
Strong background in BPMN-based process automation software, utilizing tools such as Appian, Salesforce, and Nintex.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server databases and the Microsoft .NET development environment.
Experience working with large-scale DBMS and developing complex software solutions.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code BPMN tools for efficient process automation.

Requirements

Technical & Business Tools: Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET Development, BPMN-based low-code/no-code platforms.
