Role Description
We are looking for a passionate algorithm development expert (m/f/x) who wants to participate in building the most innovative energy trading platform on the planet.
- Redefine "automation" in energy trading
- Design and optimize algorithms backed by physical assets
- Translate problem-solving skills into production-grade code
- Propose changes and enhancements to existing algorithms from a design perspective
- Work closely with the product operations team to align development and operational needs
- Conduct data analysis to drive algorithm improvements
- Champion knowledge sharing within the team
- Actively respond to requests and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software development
- Background in computer science, physics, mathematics, or other STEM fields
- First professional experience with data analytics
- Extensive expertise in software engineering practices
- Excellent English language skills
- Enjoy solving complex problems independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of the energy market is a plus
