Role Description
The Retail Analyst works with Retail business partners within a global SAP program to align SAP CAR and Retail solutions with business needs.
- Support the business processes associated with the integration between a core merchandising solution (SAP S4 Fashion) and store POS systems.
- Focus on the collection of multichannel POS data through CAR into SAP S4, retail price and markdown management, and sales audit.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of this business area to identify, analyze, and resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
- Serve as a project team member and interface directly with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors) to clarify business needs, priorities, and strategies.
- Opportunity to work within the most updated SAP cloud technology and gain significant experience in the technological ecosystem of a mature SAP environment.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) for the capture and processing of POS data into SAP Retail, AFS, or S4 Fashion.
- Experience with design, development, and deployment of business processes associated with POS data management and sales audit.
- Understanding of how POS data (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders, financial transactions) are processed within the SAP ERP solution.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems.
- Experience in handling LATAM users in support projects, fluent in Spanish, and must be from the Mexico region.
- Strong team player who can build relationships across functions to mediate and resolve problems.
- Ability to work with senior business partners to capture detailed requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.
- Good knowledge of associated S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, and Personas.
Requirements
- 75% – Incident and Request resolution/escalation.
- 15% – Design, build/configure, and test.
- 10% – Requirements analysis and design.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
