Role Description
COUNTRY Financial is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Technical Lead to advance its CRM Major Initiative. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership to drive the CRM implementation through:
- Designing, coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and supporting Salesforce.com integrations and applications.
- Gathering business and technical requirements to design solutions.
- Developing high-performing software solutions that meet technical standards.
- Supporting testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions.
- Implementing software solutions following best practices.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN. 100% remote is also an option, based on candidate location.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce products such as Salesforce CRM/Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.
- Expert knowledge of all Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration capabilities, including Apex, visual force pages, reports, and workflow rules.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using web-based API technologies and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Expertise in Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies like ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Gitlab, and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Knowledge of web development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, JS Remoting, Angular JS, CSS Bootstrap).
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Development Lifecycle and Deployment, Integration Architecture, Data Architecture, and Management).
- Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
Requirements
- Base Pay Range: $112,800-$155,100.
- Incentive Pay: Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
