Role Description
They are looking for a talented ML Engineer to join the team.
- Experience deploying and maintaining ML/AI models in production for high-scale consumer applications
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, overfitting, etc.)
- Strong experience in Python for ML workflows, including libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
- Experience with modern generative models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and tools from 2025
- Experience in startups practical approach to delivering ML features, agile/SCRUM workflow, understanding of Lean Startups methodology, MVP concepts, hypothesis testing, etc.
- Knowledge of Git
- Proactive work, self-motivated, autonomous
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Swift and CoreML, to deliver ML features on the iOS platform
- Familiarity with recent advances in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval augmented generation), and open-source models (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA, Mixtral, etc.)
- Higher education in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field (MSc/PhD is a plus)
- Deep understanding of core algorithms and data structures clustering, decision trees, graph-based methods, optimization techniques, etc.
- A link to a GitHub profile, Kaggle, ArXiv publications, or open-source contributions
