Role Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer with around 3 years of experience to develop scalable and resilient financial systems.
- Develop and maintain server-side Java applications for financial services.
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable and resilient systems.
- Optimize system performance through multi-threaded programming.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
- Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Around 3 years of experience in Java development, primarily server-side.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Solid understanding of multi-threaded programming and concurrent computing.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) for data processing.
- Comfortable working in a Unix/Linux environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Awareness of software testing best practices and the importance of documentation.
