Role Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team on a long-term, remote engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of dynamic projects involving the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Extend CRM capabilities using custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Participate in CRM solution upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Develop reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools and Power Platform (if required).
- Provide technical support and contribute to documentation and training materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (any recent version).
- Familiarity with customization, configuration, and development within the CRM platform.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
- Understanding of CRM data models and integrations via Web APIs.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be based in the EU or Serbia.
