Role Description
This role involves leading data engineering efforts with a focus on AWS and DataBricks.
- 100% Remote Work
- Duration: 6-12 months++

Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on Data SME & Data Engineering experience
- 10+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL development, Data Lake and Data Warehousing
- 5+ years of experience in implementing complex data architectures on both cloud and on-prem environments, handling both structured and unstructured data
- Advanced SQL RDBMS design and query building skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift, etc.)
- Experience in extracting/replicating data from SAP ERP and/or Oracle and ingesting into cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience in data processing using tools like EMR, Databricks
- Experience in data modeling using Snowflake or Redshift
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena
- Unix or other shell scripting, and exposure to job scheduling software such as Control-M
- Attention to detail and logical based thinking in building, testing, and reviewing data pipelines containing multi-disciplinary information
- SME Expertise in one or more areas such as Sales / Marketing / Procurement / Inventory etc.
- Commitment to building using established coding and naming standards
- Certification in AWS
- Visualization tool experience, especially with Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to Talend, SAP data services, or other ETL tools
