Role Description
We are looking for a Java Engineer to develop high-performance applications for a client in the aviation industry. While your focus is backend development, Angular experience is a plus for frontend collaboration. This role offers a chance to work on innovative aviation solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
- Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Java technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of database design, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Angular for frontend development is a plus.
- Full-stack development experience is a bonus.
