Role Description
Für den professionellen Betrieb einer modernen Containerlandschaft wird ein erfahrener IT Application Manager (m/w/d) gesucht. Die Position vereint technische Betriebsverantwortung, Prozessentwicklung und Systemoptimierung – mit bis zu 99 % Remote-Arbeit.
- Täglicher Betrieb der Containerumgebung mit Schwerpunkt auf Change- und Incidentmanagement
- Integration von Logging- und Monitoring-Mechanismen zur Einhaltung betrieblicher Vorgaben
- Selbstständige Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Systembetriebs
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer sowie betrieblicher Dokumentationen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Standardprozeduren zur Unterstützung des Alltagsbetriebs
Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Container-Umfeld (insbesondere Kubernetes, idealerweise mit SUSE Rancher)
- Kenntnisse im Deployment von Pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog), Umgang mit Kubernetes Package Manager Helm und MinIO Object Storage
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischem Englisch in Wort und Schrift für den Supportkontakt sowie Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
Requirements
- Betrieb von BMC Helix ITSM
- Monitoring mit Prometheus, Alertmanager und Grafana
- Logging-Stacks (EFK)
- Tools wie Ansible, Git, kubectl und Shell-Programmierung
- PostgreSQL HA
- DevOps sowie Administration von Windows Servern und MS SQL Servern
