Role Description
Alesa AI is seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team as an iOS App Developer and Tester. We are looking at the internship as a trial period, as we want to add a full-time iOS developer to our team. The aim is for this to become a paid position at the end of the internship for the right candidate.
- Commit 20-30 hours per week for 6 months
- Attend multiple project meetings per week

We would prefer a student who is looking to start their career in app development, so we can work with them on shaping their role in the company.
We are excited to offer placements in the Alesa AI Internship Program, designed for students who have a course requirement to undertake an internship or industry placement (undergraduate and postgraduate), seeking hands-on experience in the fields of:
- App Design and Development
- Apple/Mac App and Webapp Testing and Development
- Digital Platform Development
- Business Development
- LLMs (Design, Development, and Deployment)
- AI Integration and Automation
- API Implementation
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- VPS Utilisation
Qualifications
- Experience in Flutter, essential
- Experience with Apple iOS, essential
- Access to a Mac computer for testing, essential
- An active GitHub to provide coding examples
- English at a conversational level, minimum
- Able to work without supervision
- Able to work as a team and alone
- Good time management skills
- Ability to attend regular meetings

Internship Program Overview
Our program offers students the chance to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings, enhance their skills, and build a strong foundation for their future career through industry experience in an unpaid internship. We require a 20 - 40 hour commitment per week, allowing interns to balance their academic responsibilities with the internship. This is a remote internship role at Alesa AI Ltd, offering a 3 - 6 month placement. Although this is an unpaid position, it provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while working remotely. The program is open to students, with relevant qualifications and experience, who are looking to complete an internship as part of their degree program (3 – 6 months). We are now offering this program for those wishing to add experience to their CV through extracurricular credit (3, 6, or 12 months) or as a summer placement (3 months).
Internship Opportunity
