Role Description

This role involves configuring IFS Cloud ERP solutions, analyzing business needs, providing technical support, and conducting user training to optimize Manufacturing functionality.

Listen and understand business requirements and how IFS ERP can enable these
Develop business and functional specifications
Support implementations, integrations, and customisations
Facilitate communications throughout the business regarding IFS
Provide ongoing support and training to people using IFS ERP
Creating IFS documentation and guides

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of experience required with an IFS ERP
Hands on experience required with an IFS Cloud ERP
Experience required in developing business and functional specifications
Strong understanding in creating IFS documentation and guides
Willing to travel 25%
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
