Role Description

Stiamo cercando un RPG Developer / RPG Analyst Developer con almeno 3 anni di esperienza su IBM i Series / AS400, capace di gestire progetti di alto valore in autonomia.

  • Progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di applicazioni su IBM i Series / AS400
  • Analisi dei requisiti tecnici e sviluppo di soluzioni su misura
  • Ottimizzazione delle performance e troubleshooting
  • Collaborazione con team interni e clienti per garantire il successo dei progetti
  • Gestione autonoma del carico di lavoro e delle attività assegnate

Qualifications

  • Ottima conoscenza della piattaforma IBM i
  • Esperienza consolidata con RPG (RPG IV, RPG Free) e SQL for Db2
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di problem-solving
  • Autonomia operativa e capacità di gestione del cliente
  • Livello di inglese: scritto B2, parlato A2

Requirements

  • Conoscenza del linguaggio COBOL
  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito bancario o parabancario
  • Familiarità con Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e di mediazione
  • Adattabilità e proattività: sai gestire priorità e affrontare il cambiamento con agilità
