Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven IAM Technical Consultant with excellent communication skills to work on cutting-edge IAM projects with an expanding client base. In this role, you will specialise in the design, configuration, and delivery of customer identity solutions built on the Auth0 platform. You will bring deep expertise in Auth0 capabilities including Universal Login, Organizations, Actions, Rules, and API security.
- Work with clients to implement authentication and authorisation flows using OIDC and OAuth2
- Integrate with third-party identity providers
- Manage branding, MFA, and user migration strategies
- Support complex identity journeys in both B2C and B2B environments
- Contribute to solution design, technical discovery, and deliver compelling Auth0 demonstrations to prospective clients
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering Auth0-based identity solutions, including configuration of Universal Login, Organizations, Custom Domains, MFA, and API security
- Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth2) as implemented in Auth0, including token handling and custom claims
- Experience with Auth0 extensibility features such as Actions, Rules, Forms and Custom Database Connections
- Familiarity with identity orchestration use cases including progressive profiling, account linking, and user migration
- Ability to configure and deploy Auth0 using automation tools such as the Auth0 Deploy CLI, Auth0 Management API, or Terraform
- Understanding of Auth0 branding and customization options, including Universal Login theming, custom Forms and page templates
- Experience integrating Auth0 with third-party IdPs and business applications across B2B and B2C contexts
- Desirable: involvement in pre-sales or proof-of-concept work leveraging Auth0’s feature set to meet business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex technical IAM concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrable high standards in every area of the role; commitment, organisation, and work habits
- Collaborative in approach and committed to team working
Requirements
- Maintain relevant Okta certifications, including the highest available Auth0 certification
- Certification in Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) or Customer Identity Solution (CIS) or other Okta certifications are also highly desirable
