Role Description
As a Full Stack Engineer (Level II), you’ll play a pivotal role in building and delivering expertise in enterprise cloud-native software development. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and infrastructure engineers—to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Lead technical design, integration, implementation, and testing of enterprise SaaS human services systems.
- Develop and enhance software architecture, including persistence and structural design patterns.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations within a complex ecosystem.
- Contribute to the development of Casebook platform functionality using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Maintain high security, extensibility, reusability, and testing standards in system architecture.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and apply them effectively.
- Build solutions that make a real difference for vulnerable populations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in full-stack web development (Java, GraphQL, React required).
- Experience building microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs using OpenAPI standards.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Redshift, Apache Kafka, Lambda, and EMR.
- Previous leadership experience in major IT application implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify roadblocks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
- Experience with IT security best practices.
- Background in software testing, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
