[Hiring] Founding Engineer @Roadforge

Role Description
We are hiring a Founding Engineer to join our team. As one of the first few engineers at Roadforge, you'll shape our early product and company culture. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Whip up some magic. Define, design, develop, and ship applications/features
- Define and improve SDLC processes and best practices. We’re always looking for ways to make development more sustainable
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new and more efficient technologies/patterns to maximize development efficiency
- Shape engineering and company culture
- Scale the company through leadership and team building
You will be pivotal in our technical choices. Right now, our tech stack consists of:
- Frontend - JavaScript (React)
- Backend - C# (.NET Core 6)
- Storage - Postgres, Redis
Qualifications
- Love for building and technical challenges
- A passion for technology and a desire to constantly learn and improve
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and working in all phases of the SDLC
- An ability to handle a rapidly changing environment
- Experience with our core tech stack (Typescript/C#)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar major (nice to have)
- 4+ years of experience building software professionally (nice to have)
