Role Description

As a key member of our mobile team, you'll:

Build and maintain a high-performance Flutter app that works flawlessly across iOS and Android.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate blockchain-powered features into our app.
Optimize the app for performance, battery efficiency, and smooth animations (no janky scrolling allowed).
Implement beautiful, pixel-perfect UI designs (yes, designers will judge your work).
Debug and fix issues before users even notice them (we believe in proactive problem-solving, not patching up disasters).
Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates, best practices, and new technologies.
Participate in team debates about the best state management solution (Provider? Riverpod? Bloc? Fight me!).

Qualifications

5+ years of mobile development experience (Flutter being your main focus).
Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management techniques.
Experience with both iOS and Android development—you should know what makes them different and how to handle platform-specific quirks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and GraphQL.
Understanding of mobile security best practices (we don’t want any "Oops, I leaked private keys" moments).
Knowledge of blockchain tech or crypto wallets is a plus, but not mandatory.
A sense of humor and ability to survive in a fast-moving startup environment.
