Role Description
This role involves developing solutions based on customer requirements for Epicor ERP systems.
- Carry out system analysis and detailed design process
- Ensure that the end product is delivered on time and within budget
- Detailed design based on gaps identified between Epicor ERP and customer requirements
- Prepare and execute unit test cases

Develop functionalities including:
- Creating new forms
- Customizing existing forms using Visual Studio C#
- Upgrading customizations to newer versions
- Develop custom reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS
- Provide post-deployment support to the implementation team until the product is live
- Software configuration management and source code control
- Produce various statistics and periodic reports as per company requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a major in Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Programming/Application Development for ERP systems
Requirements
- Development and implementation experience in Epicor ERP 10 or above
- Certification in Epicor ERP Tools
- Development experience in Visual Studio.NET platform
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Development experience using Object Oriented and Service Oriented Architecture
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in C# and LINQ
- Knowledge of web applications using Microsoft .NET platform
- Experience developing reports using reporting tools like SSRS or Crystal Reports
- Ability to independently create and perform unit test cases
- Effective use of test case management and defects management software
- Experience in an environment following standard Software Development Methodology like Agile
- Knowledge of tools like TFS and version control systems
- Ability to travel abroad for a period of one to three months at a stretch
- Candidates who are not working on Microsoft products stack may not apply

- Additional daily $ allowance
- Shared apartment with other team members or hotel
- Transport to/from client office
- Security and travel insurance
- Client onsite will be for 1 week to 2/3 months depending on requirement
