Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a Developer IV, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing solutions leveraging AWS services and integrating them with our core ERP and CRM systems. You will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our enterprise applications to meet the evolving needs of our globally dispersed end-user organizations. This role demands a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Concise evaluation of business needs from globally dispersed end-user organizations.
- Recommend and/or participate in the study of appropriate business solutions.

Design and Architecture:
- Design and architect scalable and resilient solutions utilizing AWS services.
- Design and configure new AWS modules to improve overall system efficiency and performance.
- Ensure the seamless integration of existing software applications with ERP and CRM software solutions.

Development and Implementation:
- Program and implement AWS modules based on defined specifications.
- Develop and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Implement event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to provision and manage AWS resources using CloudFormation.
- Develop and manage data storage solutions using AWS S3.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
- Potentially work with containerization technologies like AWS ECS.
- Potentially work with messaging and queuing services like AWS SQS and SNS.

Integration and Compatibility:
- Ensure the compatibility and seamless integration of AWS-based solutions with existing enterprise applications, particularly ERP and CRM systems.
- Develop and implement APIs and integration patterns to facilitate data exchange between systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Participate in the development and execution of unit, integration, and system tests to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Conduct performance studies and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for designs, configurations, and implementations.

Support:
- Participate in the deployment and release management processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process and technology enhancements.
- Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with other developers, architects, and business analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development, with a significant focus on AWS cloud technologies and enterprise application integration.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate) are a plus.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda for serverless compute.
- Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with AWS CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with AWS S3 for object storage and data management.
- Proficient in implementing monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience with AWS ECS for container orchestration (Good-to-Have).
- Knowledge of messaging and queuing services like AWS SQS and AWS SNS (Good-to-Have).
- Experience with other relevant AWS modules and services (Good-to-Have).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and best practices (Good-to-Have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
